The Grey Plume focuses on seasonally-driven contemporary American cuisine that places great emphasis on locally-grown produce and livestock. Our menu is continuously changing with the availability of ingredients according to local grower supply. Daily tasting menus are available. The Grey Plume has a true farm-to-table approach and offers a variety of in-house items such as roasted coffee, handmade pastas, butter and artisan breads.

These menus serve as guides. Our farm-to-table concept requires that changes be made to the menu daily according to ingredient availability.

Wasn’t my kind of restaurant and little too pricey. We were treated very well by our waiter and the environment was very nice. Just not our kind of night out.

Looking for a big city dining experience? Chef Clayton and his team have created one of the most unique dining experiences in the the mid-west let alone in the country. Locally sourced, this farm to table experience is sensational. Omaha should be proud of what they have. Kudos to Chef Clayton on his numerous awards across the country.
